DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
I require a $50 deposit + a signed contract to the secure date on my calendar, and the rest is due at the time of the shoot.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?
I usually take anywhere between 300-600 images a session and go through each and every image. Please allow me 2-4 weeks of creative time to complete your gallery. It seems like a long time but I do send you several sneak peek photos within the first 36-48 hours!
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES?
I do not charge travel expenses if the location is within driving distance of me. I do charge an additional $50 per driving hour (one way) for any destination that is more than a 90 minutes away from 93444.

If your location is out of state or it makes more sense to fly there, I require my clients to take care of the necessities like flights, rental car, and lodging. I take care of the rest! As far as rental cars/flights/hotels go, I will book those myself and will add it to your invoice plus provide you with the receipt. I am very logical when it comes to travel expenses and promise I wont be flying first class or staying at 5* hotels!
WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TOÂ THE PHOTOS?
The copyright belongs to Jenna Dana Photography. In your photo gallery there will be an electronic print release so that you may print your photos. For ads or print (aka things like magazines) I do require that the ad be sent to me before publishing to make sure there is proper photo credentials.
My contract states that your photos may be used for advertisement purposes and shared on my social media accounts.
